Folsom’s newest home community held a successful grand opening last weekend — even in the pouring rain!
Parkside by Signature Homes, an award-winning Sacramento home builder, opened last weekend during one of the biggest storms of the season. However, weather did not deter potential home buyers. With over 300 people flocking to view the brand new model homes and 50% of the release now spoken for, the opening was a huge success!

While touring the lovely furnished models, participants enjoyed incredible grilled treats by Drewski’s food truck, recently voted 8th in the nation by food truck fans. They also entered a drawing for some local fun and gift certificates. Despite the rain, a good time was had by all.
